At Bali Luxora, we strive to provide a seamless and enjoyable travel experience for all our guests. These Terms and Conditions are designed to outline the policies, responsibilities, and expectations for every booking to ensure mutual understanding and prevent any misunderstanding. By confirming your reservation with us, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to the following terms.

1. Booking Confirmation

All bookings with Bali Luxora Tour are considered confirmed once a deposit or full payment has been received. By making a payment, the guest confirms that they have read, understood, and agreed to all terms and conditions stated below.

2. Pricing Policy

• All prices offered by Bali Luxora Tour are final prices, agreed upon before booking confirmation.
• Prices are based on the selected package, number of participants, travel date, and inclusions clearly stated in the itinerary.
• Any complaint regarding price after confirmation or during the tour will not be accepted as a valid reason for cancellation or refund.
• Bali Luxora Tour is not responsible for price comparisons, misinformation, or offers provided by third parties, online sources, or other travel agents after a deal has been agreed.

3. Payment Policy

• A deposit or full payment is required to secure the booking.
• Remaining balance, if any, must be settled before or on the first day of the tour.
• Failure to complete payment may result in cancellation without refund.

4. Cancellation & Refund Policy

• Cancellations made by guests after booking confirmation are non-refundable, unless caused by proven force majeure (serious illness, natural disaster, or government restriction).
• Refund requests due to price dissatisfaction, price comparison, or external information obtained after arrival in Bali will be rejected.
• No refund will be given once the tour has started, partially used, or services have been delivered.
• Bali Luxora Tour reserves the right to refuse refund requests that are unreasonable or made under pressure or intimidation.

5. Changes to Itinerary

• Bali Luxora Tour reserves the right to adjust itineraries due to weather conditions, traffic, safety reasons, or unforeseen circumstances.
• Any changes will be made without reducing the overall value or quality of the service.
• Minor route or timing changes do not qualify for refunds.

6. Guest Responsibility

• Guests are responsible for reviewing the itinerary, inclusions, exclusions, and price details before confirming the booking.
• Additional services or changes requested by guests during the tour may incur extra charges.
• Guests must behave respectfully toward drivers, guides, staff, and local communities.

7. Complaints & Claims

• Any complaint must be submitted in writing via official WhatsApp or email within 24 hours after the service.
• Complaints based solely on personal price perception or third-party comparison are not considered valid claims.
• Bali Luxora Tour will review complaints professionally and respond within a reasonable timeframe.

8. Liability Disclaimer

• Bali Luxora Tour acts as a tour organizer and is not responsible for accidents, injuries, loss of personal belongings, or delays caused by factors beyond our control.
• Guests are advised to have personal travel insurance for additional protection.

9. Force Majeure

Bali Luxora Tour is not liable for delays, changes, or cancellations caused by events beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, extreme weather, government regulations, strikes, or pandemics.

10. Legal Jurisdiction

All services and agreements provided by Bali Luxora Tour are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. Any dispute shall be resolved under Indonesian legal jurisdiction.
